It starts with Galetta strawberries (the biggest, juiciest ones we could find) hand-picked at a family farm within a few miles of our home in Ancramdale, New York. They’re picked at the peak of ripeness and slow cooked to preserve their berry goodness. The Result? A delicious, classic strawberry jam.
