Customer Support

How can I get in contact with customer support?

You can reach us via email at farmstand@skyhighfarmgoods.com. Our customer support team is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.

How can I get notified if the item I want is out of stock?

Currently we offer out-of-stock notifications on all products. Simply hit the ‘notify-me’ button. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to stay updated on potential restocks.

Online Orders and Subscriptions

How does my subscription work?

Sky High Farm Goods provides a variety of subscription offers on products that customers seek to replenish. By purchasing a subscription you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your Sky High Farm Goods account. If you have any issues please reach out to us via email at farmstand@skyhighfarmgoods.com.

How can I cancel my order once it’s placed?

You can't cancel the order yourself, but we can assist you. Cancellation is only possible before our warehouse processes and ships the order. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent. If you wish to cancel after shipping, you'll need to initiate a return for a refund. If you have any issues please reach out to us via email at farmstand@skyhighfarmgoods.com

How can I modify my order?

Currently, we are unable to make any changes to orders. If you've selected the wrong product and wish to cancel your order, please contact farmstand@skyhighfarmgoods.com. 

Shipping

What qualifies for free shipping? 

Free shipping on all US Ground orders that are $250 or more. Once your cart meets our $250+ threshold, free shipping will automatically be applied at check out. 

When can I expect a shipping confirmation email?

We aim to ship your order within 2 days of placement. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email confirming shipment, including carrier details and your tracking information. Due to the high volume of orders in certain periods, some shipments may take longer to process and ship.

Does Sky High Farm Goods ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Shipping costs, duties, and VAT are displayed during checkout for most markets.

How long will my order take to process?

While our team works hard to get your order to you as swiftly and safely as possible, we are still a small team! Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, including express or overnight shipments.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders placed on the Sky High Farm Workwear website ship out of Ancramdale, New York. Our fulfillment center currently operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00 EST excluding national holidays. Shipping times are measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We offer a variety of shipping options to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. If your shipping address is in New York, we recommend selecting UPS Ground as it delivers the fastest!

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

What is your return policy for qualifying items?

We try our best to provide the most accurate and updated information regarding the size, color, and materials of our products. That being said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We currently allow the return and exchange of new and unused merchandise up to 14 days after the recorded delivery date on your tracking number.

If you would like to return a purchase you’ve made on the Sky High Farm Goods website, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Ensure your product is new and unused, with any original tags still attached.
  2. Contact us at: farmstand@skyhighfarmgoods.com with your return request. We don’t currently cover the cost of return shipping. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.
  3. Our fulfillment team will send you a shipping label. Once you’ve received your shipping label, you can securely package your return with a printed copy of your Order Confirmation.
  4. Ship your return package to the following address: ATTN: RETURNS 675 Hall Hill Rd, Pine Plains, NY 12567, United States
  5. Once your product has been received, our team will begin processing your return. We’re still a small team, so please allow up to 48 hours for processing time.
  6. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a Returns Confirmation e-mail. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

What products don’t qualify for returns? 

  • Opened beauty and food products are final sale. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the safety of our future customers.

  • For all products marked SALE, please note all sale items are final sale. Returns, exchanges or pricing differences will not be accepted.

  • All underwear and socks purchases are final sale. Any merchandise returned in a damaged or worn state will not be eligible for a refund. 

What is your international return policy?

We do not accept international returns at this time.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Yes, our team can coordinate an exchange when the value of the item you’re looking to exchange for is less than or equal to the cost of your original item. Please reach out to farmstand@skyhighfarmgoods.com to coordinate an exchange.

Care, Size, and Fit

How do I care for my Sky High Farm Goods product?

The majority of our garments come with interior care labels containing instructions for care and maintenance. We strongly encourage following these instructions where applicable.

How does Sky High Farm Goods Vintage product fit?

Our vintage items are all unique one-of-one items that we resize in accordance with our size guides. Please check each size guide in the product description for the most accurate measurements

Where can I find garment measurements?

In order to help find the best fit, the sizing measurements are available on every product page in our attached size guides.

What sizing system do you use?

Our clothing follows European sizing, but size and fit vary by garment.

FREE DOMESTIC GROUND: Order by 12/18 and receive your order by 12/23. Exclusions Apply. 

PAID SHIPPING: Order by 12/19 and 12/20 and receive your order by 12/23. Paid shipping required. Additional fees may be applied. Exclusions Apply. 

    

SALE DELAYS

 Please note: Due to the high volume of orders received during our sale period, some shipments may take up longer to process and ship.

We currently offer shipping only within the continental U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working on expanding our delivery range as soon as possible! 

Sky High Farm Workwear ships all of its packages with UPS. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out, based on your shipping address.

Select shipping options are not available to all shipping addresses.

Sky High Farm Workwear does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address has been entered incorrectly at the time of order. Please ensure you confirm your shipping address during the checkout process, before placing your order.
