SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on the Sky High Farm Goods website ship out of Ancramdale, New York. Our fulfillment center currently operates from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. 

While our team works hard to get your order to you as swiftly and safely as possible, we are still a small team! Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, including express or overnight shipments. 

Sky High Farm Goods ships all of its packages with UPS. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out, based on your shipping address.

• UPS Standard
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS 3 Day Select

Select shipping options are not available to all shipping addresses.
For the most accurate shipping rates and times, please enter your shipping address in the check-out cart.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time, in addition to estimated shipping times.

If you’re shipping address is in New York, we recommend selecting UPS Ground as it delivers the fastest!

* Shipping times are measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day.

Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday may ship out on the next business day. This may include UPS 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipments. Please be sure to place your orders accordingly. 

Sky High Farm Goods does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address has been entered incorrectly at the time of order. Please ensure you confirm your shipping address during the checkout process, before placing your order.
