Sky High Farm Goods is in business to support Sky High Farm 501(C)3 and its mission of improving to fresh, nutritious food. Sky High Farm gives away 100% of the nutrient dense produce and livestock it grows to individuals experiencing food insecurity.

When we sought out to make our first food product, Raw Wildflower Honey, our first call was to our friend Paul at Bee Hollow Farm. Paul grew up around bees, and after a stint in the corporate world, decided to return to work supporting the bees he'd come to love as a child. After years of looking for the right place to raise bees, with enough wildflowers and forage, he found the ideal spot in the Hudson River valley and Bee Hollow was born.

Priority #1 for Bee Hollow is the health of the bees. Paul and his team take special care to select homes for their colonies far away from chemical spraying. With gentle hands and care, their team harvests multiple batches of honey throughout the season; each as varied as the flowers and plants that the bees forage on.
