Staple Tee, a perfect and durable wardrobe essential is made with PYRATEX® upcycled 7, a jersey fabric knitted in Portugal from a blend of recycled and organic cotton.

Recycled cotton is a low-impact alternative to conventional virgin cotton. The process of producing 1 kg of virgin cotton typically requires around 13,000 liters of water during farming, processing, and dyeing. In comparison, 1 kg of recycled cotton fibers needs 0 liters of water as it is not farmed and we prevent textile waste ending up in landfills.

The organic cotton in this blend is grown using strict farming conditions that limit the use of pesticides and chemicals, instead favouring the use of traditional farming methods like crop rotation that take care of soil fertility and biodiversity.
